Luck v/s Hard work......
I am writing this blog with two purposes... first is time pass... gotta a blog from dearest Amit sir, after reading that just thought of jotting down some of my views on paper.
The second purpose of writing this blog is to elucidate myself that Luck is not enough to achieve all the goals in life you have to have work hard to get them.
Is it possible that the desires will fulfill someday in all sense????
Or hard work pays always???
I thought that the answer must be a big NOOO….
To explain this I will take an example….
How many of you have read the "MEIN KAMPF"?? Those of you who have...Dont jump into the condition that I am a die-hard fan of ADOLF HITLER-I am not. But yes... I do admire one thing in that short guy...
He did exactly what he dreamt to do; he had the grit and the determination to realize his dreams.
He wanted to become the most powerful person in GERMANY... and he showed the world that "If there is a will there is a way"
Now I am pretty much sure that some one or the other will comment it out that what I want to say here.... I admired ADOLF HITLER as, he did what he wants to did ... and at the same time I am seems to be confused by asking that the desires of someone will fulfill in all sense or not????
But the answer here is YES, I am correct in making this statement ... ADOLF HITLER realized his dreams with hard work, strategies and luck but ......... but you must not forgot that after becoming the greatest Autocrat in GERMANY, he thought of winning the whole world... He tried but failed... Why?? Did he lack effective strategies or hard work in the later stage of his life... or he thought something impossible...
What I feel is, in the later stage his efforts were lagging … as he thought that luck was with him by default… and that was the end of him…
In BTW what I learn from Hitler’s autobiography is something like, “If you will work hard with determination and strategies....you will achieve your goals in life... you will definitely be paid for that. No matter how impossible it may seem initially”
You can't achieve you goals with Pure luck...I am not saying that luck is not necessary but without hard work Luck is waste.....
Right now I have one major goal in my life... in order to achieve that goal I need to achieve a few short term goals too..... I hope and wish that whether I achieve my goals or not, you all will always remain beside me."
Here I don't want to make this blog a novel other wise I would have jotted lots of views and thoughts... but time is not allowing me to do so right now... its time to say you…

Team....
Adages are never wrong………..
Time flies but Memories never die.
This is my first blog… the team force me to write the same. Don’t know that when I will find the next reason to write a blog. If I will try to look into past to see my few days of my first job…I simply can’t forget the team Zimbra.

I simply don’t want to use more words for this team as a team and if I will use that personally I think that it will be not fair for this superb family.
The team:-
Amit -- should not use many word to describe this guy. He is simply outstanding. If one will find a manager like him in early days of his career, the person will never feel over burden through out his career. He taught me how to manage time. How we can fight with it. Good manager and a superb person. Even in his emotional mood he can let you think many things. He is our thaukar.
Sudeep – A senior.. more than that a nice friend. A ultimate combination of professional and emotional nature. He can help you at any moment, when you are depressed, puzzled or even over loaded. I simply can’t forget the day when I was puzzled with my work in Pines and Sudeep sat with me for the whole day, even his own work was pending. A good person….. a good team person. Even he becomes SMTS now, but still not his feet is on earth. Still I can find the very same Sudeep in him.
Poonam—don’t know what should I write for this girl. She is hard to describe. She is helpful, she is intelligent, emotional. But the problem with this girl is that she think every thing with heart not by mind. One will be the luckiest person if he will find have a girl like her at her side, and I feel that I am among that luckiest guy.
KK— the emotional guy in Zimbra. He takes things in the coolest way. This guy will never take load, even never let you take load always…. “ bus kuch nahi yaar chota sa kaam hai ..time pass”. The most down to earth guy I have every seen.
Devashish — Pagal guy of Zimbra. Damn intelligent guy who takes every decision with his heart. Always behave like a child. You will never find a guy with that much pure heart again if you are not really lucky.
Prajakta – I fought tease her a lot.. even imitate her a lot, but the girl will never give you a connive look. A girl who take every moment as a “ How sweat” moment.
Pragya – Mine batch mate. Emotional girl…and tremendous team worker. Never want to loose…… A rare species. One will always like to have a friend in his present.
I can’t forget the precious moment I spent with Team Zimbra. Neither can they forget the team. How Poonam can forget saying “Sorry Amit” and how she will forget the Amit statement which he gave her in party….. “ I will never …..” ….only those 7 members can understand that what Amit must have felt that time. Can sudeep or amit …..Can I …can debu forget KK how he hugged us at the end of the party.
Simply not. Not in this life.
How one can forge the V5 ….Highway glory…Khidsi….Ramtek….Harideo………. why I am counting these day…I am sure that I will never forget every moment I spent with this team. A true team…. true professional family.
Thanks team….thanks a lot for those days…
